About the Role



We are looking for a meticulous and proactive

QA Analyst

to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote role based in the UK. This position is open to candidates at all experience levels--from recent graduates and early-career professionals to experienced QA specialists.

As a QA Analyst, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You'll work closely with development, product, and operations teams to design and execute testing strategies that help deliver flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, execute, and maintain manual and/or automated test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems. Identify, document, and track defects using standard issue-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure proper test coverage. Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing as needed. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an agile environment. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and test plans. Provide clear feedback and insights to improve product quality and user experience. Continuously improve QA processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications



0-12 years of QA/testing experience (entry-level applicants welcome with relevant coursework, certifications, or personal project experience). Basic understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and defect lifecycle. Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and reporting. Experience with QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.). Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger. Background working in Agile/Scrum environments. ISTQB certification or equivalent.
