Job Description
Finn Pathologists is dedicated to providing a quality diagnostic pathology service to the veterinary industry as part of the CVS group. Based in Harleston, we run hundreds of tests each day to help vets make informed decisions regarding their client\'s animals.
We are currently recruiting for someone to join our diagnostic support team on Saturdays (ONLY).
This role will be largely but not limited to transcribing animal and relevant test information onto our computer database
The working hours would be 7am-11am
For this post no previous laboratory experience/scientific background is required as full training is provided.
An ideal candidate to join the team would:
- Be familiar with using computers
- Be self-motivated and use own initiative
- Be accurate and have a high level of attention to detail
- Have the ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Be able to work under pressure
- Thrive on providing quality service to both internal and external customers
- Have the ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbally)
- Be able to perform routine daily tasks without error
- Have the ability to work independently but also be a team player and have a positive attitude
