As Digital Advertising Manager, you will lead a small but high-performing team to deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns that drive growth across the UK and wider EMEA region (including Scandinavia, Benelux, Eastern Europe, and South Africa).
Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you will set the strategic direction for paid advertising, optimise budget allocation, and ensure flawless execution across channels -- while also developing and mentoring your team. You'll collaborate closely with local market teams and wider digital functions to deliver measurable results across sales, traffic, and brand visibility.
