The Digital Communications Specialist, reporting to the Chief Communications Officer and working closely with the Senior Manager Digital Communications, is primarily responsible for the maintenance and governance of the HUBER+SUHNER website, independently handling requests and aligning on stakeholder needs with members of the Corporate Communications and Marketing Communication teams while ensuring the adherence to defined standards and processes. The role, which is a key member of the corporate newsroom, also manages digital marketing activities.
Your Tasks:
Oversee website maintenance and independently manage incoming website-related requests, which includes:
Responsible for review and managing context within the Kentico CMS
Monitor website content and fix bugs
Consult other departments regarding new pages and content needs
Support testing of new features and further development of website
Train publishers and ensure user governance
Act as channel manager in the corporate newsroom
Support Corporate Communications team with publishing news items
Digital campaigns: Support internal stakeholders in planning, running and optimising paid campaigns (SEA, paid LinkedIn campaigns)
SEO: Monitor errors and warnings across the website and maintaining overall health of the HUBER+SUHNER site (SEMRUSH)
On-page optimism: Support internal stakeholders with keyword research and consult in regards to content optimisation
Guide and support email marketing activities using Salesforce and Kentico, while also providing training and ongoing support to internal editors
Responsible for website analytics and monitoring (Google Analytics, Mouseflow)

Knowledge/skills:
5 years experience in a similar role in digital marketing or as a website manager
Experience working with various types of CMS
In-depth knowledge of processing paid campaigns, in particular Google ads (must) as well as LinkedIn Campaign manager (a plus)
Experience with common CMS, content, and web analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics 4 (must). Semrush, Mouseflow, Google Looker Studio
Interest in and will keep up with the latest digital media and communication trends
Native-level English speaker
