The Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW) is a global non-profit association dedicated to serving and representing the entire uniform, workwear, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) value chains. We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Content Coordinator to join our team, working directly with the Head of Communications.

Role Details



Position: Content Creator

Location: No 3 North House, 1st Floor, Bond Estate, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 1SW

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date: 6th January 2026

Compensation: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum

About the Role



As a Digital Content Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping the PCIAW's digital presence. This role is a unique playground for talented graduates or aspiring content marketers looking to rapidly develop their skills on a truly global platform.

You will be working with globally leading brands in the uniform, workwear, and PPE value chains to produce engaging content across various platforms, including the website, social media channels and newsletters, with occasional print materials. The position offers the exciting opportunity to combine cutting-edge AI tools with traditional design skills to bring creative and diverse subjects to life.

From luxury airline uniforms to flame-proof textiles, the only limit is your imagination. Occasional travel opportunities during events and a bespoke suit for the flagship PCIAW Summit & Awards event are included.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Design: Design and create visually compelling content for web, social media, print, and newsletters using Canva, as well as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Newsletter Management: Create, design, and manage regular newsletters using platforms such as Mailjet or similar email marketing services.

AI Integration: Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney and Veo3 to generate design assets. You'll also use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI language models to craft effective prompts and summarize virtual events.

Copywriting & SEO: Write engaging and informative copy with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Social Media Management: Assist with social media scheduling, utilising tools like SEMRush for optimisation and analysis.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse web and social media analytics, and newsletter performance data, to inform content strategy.

Member Engagement: Liaise with PCIAW members to source promotional copy and occasionally interview industry leaders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Communications and Operations to ensure content aligns with PCIAW's strategic goals and brand guidelines.

Essential Skills & Experience



This role is ideally suited for a recent university graduate or a professional in their second job seeking rapid career development.

Demonstrated ability in content creation, supported by examples of design and copywriting work

Proficiency in Canva.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailjet or similar for newsletter creation and distribution.

Demonstrable experience with and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools for content creation, including AI image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Veo3) and AI language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for prompt generation and content summarisation.

Understanding of SEO copy best practices and experience with social media scheduling tools like SEMRush.

Familiarity with web, social media, and email analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills & Experience



Experience in the textile and clothing industry.

Experience with interviewing and content gathering from industry professionals.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
