Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Content Manager to join our team in Huntingdon. In this role, the Social Media Content Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Social Media channels.
You will lead and assist with the creation, production, and distribution of relevant and engaging video content across our social media platforms. You will also support and develop our social media strategy, community, and monitor performance analytics to gain on-line traction and a substantial following of our media channels.
This is an exciting role that blends creative video work with social media management and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on content skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to our luxury automotive brands.
Manage daily social media activities across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create compelling 'real life' content that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond promptly with positive reply.
Collaborate with the management team to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
Track and analyse social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Maintain a positive online reputation by managing public relations efforts effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3yrs+) in social media management, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of public relations principles is advantageous.
A passion for cars and automotive brands is a plus.
