PERSON SPECIFICATION




Location: Hybrid (will need to be able to travel to all college campuses and community events)

Team: Marketing, Communications & Student Recruitment

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Communications


Ready to create content that connects?





We're on the lookout for a confident, creative digital content executive who knows how to make ideas pop on screen. If you've got a flair for short-form video, a good grasp of Adobe tools, and a passion for storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond -- we want to hear from you.



This is a hands-on role where you'll be producing content that promotes the college's values, student life, and opportunities. You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking marketing team, working on campaigns that make a real impact.


What you'll be doing:




Creating short-form video content for social media and web Planning and leading student influencer campaigns Capturing content at events and across campuses Developing creative assets for websites and digital campaigns Spotting great student and alumni stories to showcase Supporting recruitment campaigns with engaging content

What we're looking for:




Confidence using Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) Awareness of digital trends and Gen-Z & Gen-Alpha content styles Strong communication and project management skills A creative mindset and eye for detail Creative writing skills to tell impactful stories Ability to build relationships

Bonus points if you've:




Grown social media followings or run campaigns Scheduled content using tools like Hootsuite Analysed engagement and tweaked content accordingly Created engaging content for web

Experience matters in this role -- but attitude matters more.
