The Role




We're looking for an experienced

Digital Content Executive

to take ownership of delivering and optimizing our content across multiple formats. You'll be a trusted content producer who knows how to plan, execute, and refine content projects with minimal oversight.


From managing contributors and refining SEO to shaping podcast content and driving campaign performance, you'll bring both creativity and accountability to the role. This is ideal for someone who has already cut their teeth in content marketing and is ready to step into a role with more ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Ownership:

Plan, write, and edit high-quality content (blogs, landing pages, eBooks, reports, marketing copy) that reflects The Alliance tone and drives measurable engagement.

Contributor & SME Management:

Independently manage guest contributors and SMEs, from briefing and editing through to publishing.

SEO Leadership:

Take responsibility for keyword research, optimization, and content updates that align with evolving AI-driven search trends.

Multimedia Content:

Own workflows for video and podcast support -- from scripting and editing to uploading, tagging, and repurposing into short-form and social content.

Content Repurposing:

Use AI and digital tools to scale content reuse across channels (webinars articles, reports newsletters, transcripts social snippets, etc.).

Email Marketing Execution:

Build and QA campaigns in HubSpot, testing and optimizing for performance.

Social Media Distribution:

Draft, schedule, and track posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels. Use insights to refine future campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor content performance, report on KPIs, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements:




If the below sounds like you - we'd love to hear from you:

Around 2+ years (or equivalent proven experience) in a content marketing, editorial, or digital content role. Proven experience writing and editing content across formats. Solid working knowledge of SEO and content optimization. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent), CMS, and social scheduling tools. Comfortable owning contributor pipelines and working with external experts. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects independently. A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Creative, proactive, and commercially minded -- you think about impact, not just output.

Compensation

: Base Salary range 30,000-33,000 (*depending on experience)

Location:

This role can be UK Remote or Hybrid (our office is in London).
