Why join Lawfront?

Lawfront provides legal services to individuals and businesses through leading regional law firms - Farleys, Fisher Jones Greenwood, Brachers, Trethowans, Nelsons and Slater Heelis.

It's genuinely an exciting time to join Lawfront - we're a private equity backed group who have acquired some of the leading mid-tier law firms across the country and provided them with the technical and infrastructure support to harness their ambitions and allow them to grow and deliver exceptional results to their clients - all whilst maintaining their individual culture and identity.

The Digital Marketing team within Lawfront is responsible for driving growth opportunities for our regional propositions and the Digital Content Executive is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that enhance the partner firm's online presence, support its marketing objectives, and improve traffic, search visibility, and enquiries through the websites.

This role is crucial in driving business growth by increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones through effective digital marketing efforts, so you'll have responsibility, authority and influence from day one.

Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Digital Content Manager, you'll plan, develop, and deliver the digital content marketing strategy for all Lawfront firms. You'll adapt content strategies based on emerging trends and performance data to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness, leveraging digital channels to reach and engage target audiences, making informed decisions on content direction, tone, and format.

You'll collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders--including senior leadership, legal teams, and operations--and external partners to ensure all content aligns with the firm's branding and messaging.

The role requires initiative, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.

The role will be based in Nottingham, with flexible working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). It offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
