As
Digital Content Executive
, you'll help keep edyn's brand websites, digital listings, and email communications up to date, accurate and inspiring. You'll ensure content is on-brand, optimised for performance, and technically sound -- supporting the Marketing and E-Commerce teams in creating seamless, high-quality digital experiences.
What you'll be doing
Website management and optimisation
Upload, update, and maintain content across edyn's brand websites, including copy, imagery, video, and metadata.
Implement layout, structural, and design updates within the CMS under guidance from the Head of E-Commerce & CRM.
Monitor site accuracy -- checking rates, offers, imagery, links, and property details -- and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, technically compliant (alt text, tagging, internal linking), and aligned with brand guidelines.
Campaign and content deployment
Support the Marketing team in publishing campaign landing pages, promotional content, and seasonal offers.
Assist with localisation and translation uploads for international markets.
Liaise with agencies and technical partners on tickets related to content or UX improvements.
CRM and email marketing
Support the deployment of email marketing campaigns in line with CRM plans and brand guidelines.
Upload and test email assets, ensuring links, imagery and formatting are accurate across devices.
Digital listings and guest touchpoints
Manage and update TripAdvisor listings across edyn's portfolio, ensuring content accuracy, imagery quality, and brand consistency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date content for in-room digital displays and hotel TV systems.
How success will be measured
Accuracy and timeliness of website and listing updates.
SEO compliance and content quality scores.
Smooth delivery and minimal error rates on digital and email campaigns.
Positive collaboration feedback from internal stakeholders and agencies.
Contribution to improved user experience and engagement metrics (CTR, dwell time, etc.).
What you'll bring
1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management (hospitality or lifestyle brand experience a plus).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, or similar).
Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics a plus (but not essential).
