We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong graphic design skills to join our team at The Aligner Dental Academy. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in design and be able to create static and video content with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas.. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role as you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness as well as creating content in order to expand our client base. Easy access to London is desired.

Key Responsibilities:



Multimedia, Graphic Design and Social Media Management.

Responsible for the content creation and management of our social media platforms. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

Video content creation - This includes receiving footage from the videographer and turning it into corporate videos and short form content for social media.

E-learning module editing - Working with the head of clinical content to edit all e-learning content for our online platform.

Design and order Marketing Collateral for events - Flyers, Roller stands, Tote bags, stationary, water bottles etc.

Update slide decks for team members when required to match our brand guidelines.

Design emails for marketing campaigns in Hubspot

Design graphics and daily content for the internal platform (ADA Platform)

Work with the paid adverts team to launch new campaigns each month.

Work with the Training Development managers to provide digital and printed content for their markets when required.

Work with external PR companies on sponsored digital content/ videos

Update events on the website

Create typeforms for generating leads/CPD questionnaires

Create a new team member pack when new members join the team - Email signature, profile badge and virtual backgrounds

Create CPD certs for all e-learning modules

Requirements:



Proven experience in a creative marketing role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential dental professionals, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Advanced Adobe Suite Proficiency - must be able to describe a complex project where you had to seamlessly integrate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to deliver a high-level result Must be able to showcase 2-3 projects from your portfolio that best demonstrate your ability to deliver creative, high-impact designs? For each, explain the client brief, your creative process, and any significant challenges you faced (e.g., client expectations, tight deadlines) and how you addressed them.
