Are you a digital-savvy content specialist with a strategic mindset and a flair for creativity? We are looking for a talented Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering our digital content strategy across platforms--driving engagement, strengthening our brand, delivering commercial value and supporting business goals. While your focus will be on creating impactful, data-driven content, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute creatively to broader campaigns and initiatives. Your role & responsibilities



Primary Focus:

Written content strategy, structure, and performance across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead digital

content strategy and publishing

, ensuring optimised performance, SEO, and usability. Manage and maintain

written content

across web and digital touchpoints, focusing on

conversion and customer experience

Own and optimize

website/OAM content

to support upsell and cross-sell. Align content production with

campaign goals and customer journeys

. Use data and insights to

improve content performance

and support campaign outcomes. Partner cross-functionally to

streamline content processes

and manage publishing workflows. Collaboration and provide support across multiple markets and functions within the business


What skills will you bring?




Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore), Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office 365 Ability to use data to refine content strategies and improve overall content performance. Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, accessible, and engaging content that educates and informs our customers. Strong copywriting and UX writing skills. SEO/content performance tools/platforms (Ahrefs, BrightEdge, SEMrush) Content governance Digital journey and funnel understanding Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, along with a strong understanding of media-specific requirements. HTML/CSS skills would be desirable


What experience will you bring?




Advanced degree or relevant experience 3+ years Proven experience in content creation and management, website management, development and optimization, familiarity with SEO best practices Experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS); ideally SiteCore Strategic mindset with broad knowledge and experience across the full marketing mix
