Digital Distribution Executive Publishing (hybrid)

Job Description


As our team continues to grow, we\xe2\x80\x99re on the search for a Digital Distribution Executive. Part of the Business Intelligence and Sales team, the role will manage nDreams\xe2\x80\x99 presence on digital storefronts for all our titles, as well as fostering relationships with first-party and marketplace contacts. Reporting into the Senior Manager for Sales, Planning & Analytics, the role will collaborate closely with people across the publishing team. Store Management

  • Management of nDreams product presence across all digital marketplaces (e.g. Meta Store, Steam, PlayStation Store)
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the submission process across store and development is aligned
  • Manage store submissions working closely with Brand and Creative Teams on asset requirements
  • Maximise title presence and effectiveness on digital marketplaces, working closely with marketplace contacts and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Analyse, monitor, and provide performance updates for both nDreams and third-party titles, collaborating closely with the Business Analytics and marketing teams.
  • Perform market analysis to discover optimal strategies for entering the market and achieving commercial success
  • Seek out new business development opportunities with the aim to maximise sales of nDreams titles
  • Effective price and promotion management to maximise sales and revenue across the entire product lifecycle
Partner Relationships
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with first party, marketplace and OEM partner contacts in order to create and maximise partnership opportunities
  • Enthuse partners about the games we\xe2\x80\x99re making and the business opportunity they present
Team Support
  • Assist the commercial team in the collation, reporting and analysis of sales and marketplace data to evaluate and present on sales performance
  • Working with the commercial team towards delivering sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Track competitor products and performance to maintain market awareness and evaluate the performance of nDreams titles
Requirements Who are we looking for?
  • 2 years + professional experience in a commercial, account management or sales-related role. Experience in digital sales and distribution would be highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience building strong professional relationships. Partner and account management experience would be advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working constructively within a busy team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with proven experience effectively delivering projects and processes on time.
  • High attention to detail. Effective at analysing information and data.
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An enthusiasm and understanding of videogames and the videogame industry
