About the Role

WS Specialist Logistics is looking for a motivated and computer-literate

Graduate

to join our team in Newark-on-Trent as a Graduate Digital Freight Forwarder. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start a career in logistics, using the innovative HaulageHub digital freight platform to coordinate the movement of goods across the UK and beyond.

We provide full training and ongoing support, so you don't need prior logistics experience -- just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and good IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

Learn to plan and coordinate freight movements using the HaulageHub digital platform Communicate with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries Accurately enter and maintain shipment data and documentation Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries and keeping clients updated Support the team in monitoring shipments and resolving any issues Assist in preparing and checking freight documentation to ensure compliance

Required Skills & Qualities

Recently graduated (any discipline considered, ideally business, supply chain, or logistics-related) Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital platforms Good organisational and multitasking abilities Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team
