Are you our ideal candidate?



As our Digital Inclusion Partner

you will be the responsible for running digital inclusion initiatives. Reporting to the Tenant Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for helping to establish three Digital Labs in our community hubs, running in-person and online training sessions from them. You will be responsible for promotion of services and outreach, and for creating accessible resources and materials.

You will understand the importance of digital inclusion and have a desire to help people develop their skills, build their confidence and access services that will assist them to maintain and improve their tenancy, their health, prevent social isolation and provide opportunities for involvement in community and leisure activities.


You will have a track record of supporting people, understanding individuals' needs, co-designing solutions and making good judgements. You can think laterally, collate information and report on project outcomes.
