Job Description

Bridge the gap between data science and insight to shape how millions of shoppers experience LEGO online. In this parental cover role, you'll report on digital performance across 30+ markets--analysing shopper behaviour, segmentation, and journeys to uncover the why behind every click and purchase.


Using strong SQL skills and our in-house data lake, you'll build datasets, create actionable insights, and feed recommendations into marketing and trading strategies. Collaborating with global teams, you'll turn complex data into clear stories that drive smarter decisions. Perfect for someone passionate about digital retail and curious about what makes shoppers tick.


We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.


No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities



Review and interpret LEGO.com performance - Combine metrics and analytical methods to tell the story behind shopper behaviour and site performance--identifying the main drivers of results and opportunities for improvement. Deliver shopper-focused insights - Analyse engagement and purchasing patterns across the LEGO assortment to provide actionable insights that build commercial and marketing strategies while deepening understanding of the digital shopper. Drive the shopper insights strategy - Use your own analytics expertise and collaborate with wider data and insight teams to evolve how we measure and understands the end-to-end shopper journey globally. Translate insights into action - Present clear, evidence-based recommendations that inspire action, partnering with marketing, trading, and category teams to optimise campaigns and performance--particularly around key retail moments like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Enhance data quality and reporting practices - Identify gaps in current reporting, partner with Business Intelligence and data owners to strengthen governance and continuously improve how data and insights drive business decisions.

Do you have what it takes



Strong SQL skills - confident extracting and analysing large datasets from complex sources. Digital commerce expertise - understanding of online shopper behaviour and performance metrics. Analytical storytelling - able to turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions. Collaborative approach - skilled at working across marketing, trading, and analytics teams. Curious problem-solver - eager to explore the why behind results and recommend improvements. Fluency in English both written and verbal.
