Your future, your role
As a Digital Labs Success Manager, you'll be:
Contributing to the success of {my}dentist's brand new digital lab strategy by enabling seamless coordination between labs, clinicians and operational teams.
Assisting in embedding clinical digital workflows across active practices by serving as a first point of contact for day-to-day queries on various labs, escalations and specific resources.
Supporting dentists and labs post-training to encourage engagement and reinforce best practices in clinical digital workflows.
Tracking and report on key usage, engagement, and adoption metrics (e.g., IOS - lab utilization, MLC case flow, lab feedback).
Your skills:
At least 3 years hands-on experience in a dental laboratory, clinical dental setting, or within a digital dentistry function/company
Demonstrate experience in clinical digital workflows (e.g. CAD/CAM case processing, IOS scan handling)
Prior project management experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
