What You'll Be Doing



Design and develop engaging, learner-centred digital learning solutions that align with organisational goals and enhance performance. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, impactful learning experiences. Support the rollout and maintenance of content through our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and quality. Plan, manage, and deliver multiple learning projects from concept to completion, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and accountability. Contribute to the design and enhancement of structured learning pathways, providing guidance and support to learners as required.

What We're Looking For



A solid understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM. Proven experience creating digital learning materials, including interactive eLearning modules, digital guides, infographics, and videos. Proficiency in design and authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Vyond, and

Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)

. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create, manage, and distribute content. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring learning outcomes meet organisational needs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 34,000.00-38,000.00 per year
