Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our staff team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management. This role requires strong analytical abilities to effectively drive our volunteer recruitment, increase our awareness raising and enhance our online presence. Join our friendly team who provide an invaluable service to distressed children. This role is term time only and offers parent/carer friendly hours.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. Manage SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and optimise website content for better visibility. Oversee social media publicity, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions across various platforms. Conduct analysis using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, blog posts, and website content. Collaborate with staff to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and branding across all digital platforms. Support the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly. Prepare and distribute termly newsletters to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven background and experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of marketing principles. Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a flair for detail and copywriting. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Positive and can do attitude with ability to move from administrative to creative tasks.
