Role overview





We're seeking a skilled and insight-driven Marketing Performance Analyst to support the firm's strategic marketing efforts through robust data analysis and performance reporting. This role is central to understanding how our marketing activity resonates across digital and offline channels, across the entire customer journey, helping us refine our approach and maximise impact.



You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, digital activity brand initiatives, and communications activity - ensuring our efforts are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable value.



Ideal for someone with strong experience of digital marketing performance management, outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion for data, the role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategies and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities





Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards across the marketing funnel
Collect and analyse data across the marketing funnel - from awareness to acquisition and onboarding
Report on channel performance, including SEO, paid media, email, and social platforms
Deliver data-led recommendations that influence marketing strategy and stakeholder decisions.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, onboarding, and practice areas to identify optimisation opportunities
Integrate insights across platforms to assess overall marketing mix effectiveness
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
Lead improvements in data reporting, accuracy, and efficiency


Stay informed on digital trends, tools, and relevant legal sector regulations
Act as the main point of contact for marketing performance requests, managing priorities as needed

Skills & Qualifications





Hands-on experience in digital analytics, SEO, PPC, paid social, and campaign reporting
Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and marketing platforms like Meta Business Suite
Skilled in creating automated dashboards and data visualisation
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data into strategic action
Commercial awareness with a focus on identifying risks and growth opportunities
Organised, adaptable, and confident working independently or in teams
Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
