Overview
Oxford College of Education is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Executive to elevate our global online presence and drive enrollment for our IGCSE, AS, A-Level, and CPD-accredited courses. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting innovative digital marketing strategies, optimizing for search engines and AI-driven platforms, and creating engaging multimedia content to attract students, schools, and corporate clients worldwide. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in SEO, AEO, social media, and analytics to achieve a minimum 5:1 ROI and position our brand at the forefront of educational searches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote educational programs to diverse audiences, including students, schools, and corporate clients globally.
Create and manage compelling content across social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business) to boost brand visibility and drive course enrollments
Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote educational opportunities to segmented audiences.
Produce high-quality marketing materials, including posters, banners, flyers, course catalogs, and digital ads for platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize reach, conversions, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to align digital marketing efforts with recruitment goals for overseas schools, universities, and corporate partners.
Represent Oxford College of Education at virtual events, webinars, and online fairs to promote courses and foster strategic partnerships.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the college remains competitive in the digital education space.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimize website content for Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT Search to deliver direct, high-visibility answers to user queries, positioning Oxford College of Education on the first page of search results.
Target high-quality, competitive keywords to achieve page 1 rankings on Google Search, driving organic traffic and high-quality inquiries.
Perform technical SEO fixes, UX improvements, and keyword adjustments to enhance website performance and user engagement
Build domain authority through strategic backlink acquisition and off-page SEO tactics.
Conduct comprehensive SEO and AEO audits covering on-page, off-page, technical, and analytics factors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create top-tier content, including blog posts, optimized for visibility in ChatGPT Search and Google rankings.
Content Creation and Multimedia
Produce engaging video content with AI-generated voiceovers for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to showcase the college's offerings and facilities.
Design visually appealing posters, flyers, and digital ads for social media and paid campaigns.
Edit and update the WordPress website, ensuring content is current, optimized, and aligned with SEO/AEO goals.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights, and CRM platforms to measure ROI and refine strategies.
Provide fortnightly and monthly reports detailing completed work, progress, and KPIs such as new users, organic search traffic, keyword position changes, and top-performing pages.
Deliver monthly performance reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Management Team, including recommendations for optimization.
Maintain full access to Google Analytics, Search Console, and website admin tools for in-depth performance tracking.
Key Objectives
Achieve an average minimum ROI of 5:1 through effective digital marketing and SEO/AEO strategies.
Increase form submissions, telephone clicks, and email clicks from organic search, ensuring high-quality inquiries.
Position Oxford College of Education as a top result in Google and ChatGPT Search for relevant educational queries.
Enhance user experience and website health to drive higher conversion rates and stronger brand presence.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, and social media management. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress.
Expirience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating marketing materials.
Familiarity with video editing software and AI voiceover tools for multimedia content creation.
Soft Skills:
