Hello, and thank you for your interest in our Digital Marketing Apprentice position at HTAA.

We are a family run training centre based in Havant offering courses in the gas, electrical, plumbing and renewable sectors. We are currently an admin team of 6 and a teaching team of 5 trainers. With the successful addition of our apprenticeship program and recently secured large contracts, we are looking to expand our team.

Digital Marketing Apprentice

to support our growing business in creating, analysing, and delivering online content across multiple channels.

learn on the job

while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. The position is full time working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

Responsibilities

Assist with creating engaging social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Help manage email campaigns and website updates Monitor performance analytics and report on results (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Support search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts Contribute ideas to digital campaigns and branding projects Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools

What you will learn

Marketing principles and campaign management Social media strategy and content planning Analytics and performance reporting Search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising (PPC) Email marketing and automation tools Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and more!
We are a close-knit, bubbly and outgoing team who balance the demand and responsibility of our work with enjoying our time in the office. We often have staff lunches and arrange social events including meals out, summer BBQs and our annual Christmas Party.
