Hours:

40, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

We're looking for a Digital Projects Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who has an interest in design, marketing, project management, or digital technology. She will be supporting our project leads on high-profile retail projects and learning how to manage creative workflows, communicate with clients, and deliver digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

Assist project leads in planning and organising project tasks Track project progress and help ensure key deadlines are met Communicate updates to internal teams and escalate any delays or issues Help prepare project status reports and client updates Attend project team meetings and take notes or actions Support team scheduling, task lists, and basic project admin

Digital Content & Admin

Review digital scans of retail stores captured by our field team Cross-check digital tours with retail floorplans to spot layout differences Create store mark-up artwork using tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator (training provided) Support with uploading and managing digital content on our web portal Help organise, rename, and store project files correctly Assist in general office and administrative duties as required
