Digital Marketing Apprentice, now knows as Multi-Channel Marketer

Role:

Full Time. 33 hours per week. Mondays 10:30-8pm. Wednesdays 9:30am-7pm. Fridays 9am-5pm. Saturdays 9am-3pm.

Duration

: Currently 18 months, with the potential to reduce to 12 months based on apprentice progress. New government guidelines effective from August may further reduce the duration to as little as 8 months, subject to confirmation and individual development.

SN Clinic is excited to welcome a creative, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Multi-Channel Marketer, formally advertised as a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. As a leading private injury clinic in Dudley, we are known for delivering high-quality injury assessments and holistic wellbeing treatments. We're now seeking someone passionate about digital marketing and content creation, to support and drive the continued growth of the business.

This exciting dual role requires a dedicated, organised, and motivated individual with a basic understanding of social media and content creation (e.g., Canva), along with a strong interest in online marketing as a pathway for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to interact with external companies, in person and over the phone in a confident and specialised manner.
Managing company correspondence, including face to face customers, phone calls, emails, letters and appointments, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Manage client bookings, exercise programs, and payments through our CRM system. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, website). Collaborate with internal and external professionals, including website developers and marketing partners. Create engaging content for social media channels, newsletters, and marketing materials in order to grow the business and generate more clients. Identify and coordinate networking opportunities and promotional events with partner organisations. Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information. Support administrative tasks such as filing, paperwork, and recordkeeping. Ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the SN Clinic, this includes treatment rooms, toilet, court yard and the premises as a whole.

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and able to use own initiative. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
