Overview of the role
A digital marketing apprentice will work with the management to help the development and execution of the organisation's marketing and communications strategies. This role involves a blend of creative, organisational, and administrative tasks, contributing to the enhancement of the organisation's brand awareness and engagement.
Work alongside a friendly team in a relaxed environment that prioritises a low-stress and comfortable setting, allowing you to focus on your development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organisation's social media presence, including content creation.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and report on performance metrics.
Respond to inquiries and engage with online communities in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in the development and maintenance of media lists and contacts.
Collect and input data related to marketing and communications activities (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email campaign performance).
Maintain databases and spreadsheets related to marketing and communications activities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
Maintain and update the organisation's website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
