Requirements



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (Desirable)

1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a tech, lifestyle, or audio brand (Essential)

Proven experience creating engaging short-form video and visual content (Essential)

Familiarity with global social media trends and international audience engagement (Essential)

Understanding of the audio, music, or consumer electronics industries (Desirable)

Proficient in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, X)

Competent with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and analytics (Semrush, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

Excellent copywriting, editing, and captioning skills with a tone that reflects British creativity and precision

Passion for music, audio innovation, and storytelling

Culturally aware and comfortable working across international markets

Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends

Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Confident communicator and collaborative team player

Responsibilities



Content Creation & Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content that reflects all our brands British identity and global reach

Produce high-quality short-form videos, images, and posts that showcase products and the brand story

Ensure all content aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines

Monitor trends, viral formats, and industry conversations to keep content fresh and relevant

Community Engagement

Manage and grow the online communities across all major platforms

Engage directly with followers, influencers, and distributors worldwide to foster loyalty and advocacy

Support regional marketing campaigns by creating tailored content for different markets and audiences

Performance Tracking

Track and report on social media analytics including reach, engagement, and conversion rates

Identify insights and make recommendations to improve performance

Campaign evaluations, and quarterly performance reviews

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events

Coordinate with international distributors to adapt content for regional campaigns

Contribute creative ideas to wider marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints
