About the Role

Novella Agency is a small, growing online marketing agency with a diverse and exciting customer base. Our clients range from Michelin-starred restaurants to global manufacturing leaders. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media:

Managing and scheduling content across various client channels to maintain engagement and brand voice.

Client Relations:

Acting as a point of contact for specific clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects stay on track.

Reporting:

Providing clear, basic performance reports for paid media channels.

Research:

Conducting market and competitor research to support the development of new campaigns.

Team Support:

Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc marketing tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Proven Experience:

You must have previous professional experience in a digital marketing role.

Design Skills:

Proficiency in design tools is essential. You should be comfortable using

Photoshop

and

InDesign

, though high-level proficiency in

Canva

is also acceptable.

Location:

Ideally based in the North West. While much of the work is flexible, you will occasionally be required to attend on-site client meetings in the

Merseyside area

.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently with clients from various industries.
