As part of our marketing team, you'll focus on

driving leads

for both the

UK and Portugal salons

and

You Academy

. You'll be responsible for growing our

social media presence

,

increasing engagement

, and

building our email lists

to support business growth. Your goal is to

generate awareness

build brand visibility

, and create a strong digital presence that attracts potential clients and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Drive lead generation for both the

You. salons

and

You Academy

through content marketing, ads, and social media.

Social Media Growth & Engagement:

Manage and execute strategies for growing our social media presence, increasing followers, and boosting engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). This includes creating posts, running campaigns, and engaging with followers.

Email List Building:

Increase the size and quality of our email lists by creating engaging lead magnets, growing sign-ups, and ensuring the proper segmentation and follow-up.

SEO & Content Management:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies across our website, blogs, and landing pages to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility.

Paid Media Campaigns:

Run paid ads across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, optimizing campaigns for

lead generation

and

awareness

.

Analytics & Reporting:

Aggregate data across marketing channels and produce monthly performance reports that track campaign success, ad ROI, and lead generation efforts.

Admin Support:

Handle key admin tasks including

trademark management

,

data collation

, and other operational tasks that free up leadership to focus on high-level strategy.

Project Management:

Oversee timelines and workflows for marketing campaigns, content creation, and key business initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met.

Possible Travel to Portugal:

This role may require occasional travel to our

Portugal salon

to collaborate with the team and provide hands-on support for marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

1-3 years in a hands-on marketing role with experience in

SEO

,

paid ads

, and

lead generation

.

Skills:

Strong understanding of

SEO

and hands-on experience with keyword research, content optimisation, and analytics. Proven track record with

paid media campaigns

(Meta Ads, Google Ads), including performance tracking and optimisation for ROI. Ability to handle

administrative tasks

like trademark management and reporting. Strong organisational and

project management skills

, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with

Canva

Wix

Kajabi

, and

Notion

is advantageous.
