Sandiacre, Nottingham/Derby border (workshop-based, with opportunity for some remote hours in the future)

Hours:

Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time. Final schedule to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Contract:

12-month temporary contract with potential to become permanent

Probation:

6 months (with 1 week's notice during probation)

Pay:

13-17 per hour (depending on experience)

We are

ZNA Jewels

, a growing jewellery manufacturing business in Sandiacre. We specialise in

personalised jewellery

such as name necklaces, and we're expanding into

premium gift boxes, branded packaging, and new jewellery lines

.

We're a small, hands-on team (two owners + one workshop assistant) and now we're looking for a

creative marketer

to join us in the workshop. You'll help us grow our brand through

digital marketing, social media content creation, and website improvements

. While this role is mainly

workshop-based

, there may be the opportunity to do some hours remotely in the future.

The Role:

As our

Digital Marketing & Content Creator

, you will:

Plan, create, and post content across

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest

. Shoot and edit

photos and videos

in our workshop for social media and ads. Run and manage

digital ads

(Meta, TikTok, Google). Improve and update our

Shopify website

(product pages, promotions, design tweaks). Develop and execute

marketing campaigns

to increase online sales. Help shape and maintain a strong

brand identity

across all platforms.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in

digital marketing and social media content creation

. Confident with

filming, photography, and editing tools

(CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Knowledge of

Shopify or other website platforms

(comfortable editing product pages, layouts, and promotions). Strong copywriting skills for posts, ads, and product descriptions. Creative, proactive, and organised -- able to bring ideas to life. Comfortable working in a

small workshop environment

(not a corporate office).
What We Offer:

13-17 an hour

depending on experience.
