Digital Marketing & Content Manager

About the Role

This is a hands-on generalist role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll take ownership of our day-to-day marketing, ensuring our brand is consistently represented with elegance, clarity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Plan, write, and publish compelling blog articles, email campaigns, and social media posts aligned with our luxury brand tone.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute organic and paid strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).

Website Updates:

Manage and update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress) -- including landing pages, portfolio projects, and SEO optimisation.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all copy, visuals, and messaging maintain a premium, design-led feel across all channels.

Campaign Management:

Support the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and storytelling efforts around featured projects or clients.

Freelancer Liaison:

Collaborate with external PPC, SEO, and design specialists -- ensuring their work aligns with our goals and brand voice.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform future strategy.

About You

2+ years experience in a similar digital marketing or content role (agency or in-house). Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and tone of voice. Confident with Canva or Adobe tools for basic design work. Familiar with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Comfortable using CMS platforms and basic SEO tools. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Passionate about design, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a bonus.
