Marketing Junior wanted for Global Tech Business

We are a Privately owned equity structured group that currently own 3 separate successful tech businesses across AI / Cyber Security / Digital Transformation. We are looking for a marketing junior (Apprenticeship or Graduate level role) to join our team to learn everything that is involved in performance growth marketing. We are scaling up all 3 businesses and you will be working with a proven enterprise grade marketing team. You don't need to have marketing experience directly, but you will need to have evidence of a passion for marketing, whether its your own personal projects, design interests or just generally playing around with AI. We will hold group interviews in the initial stages. The competition for the last time we had a role like this was fairly tough so please no time wasters you will be expected to demonstrate some talent in marketing technologies to be entered.

Typical Job Duties:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility of the company. Manage campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing. Work with internal and external teams to coordinate marketing materials and assets. Analyze data from existing campaigns and use findings to develop more effective strategies. Coordinate and execute promotional events. Develop content for campaigns and create materials, including graphics, videos and other digital assets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Desirable Skills

Proven ability to think creatively and deliver creative solutions. Passion for marketing, the industry and its trends. Ability to follow instructions quickly and efficiently while displaying excellent communication skills. Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media management. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred but not essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
