We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimising various digital marketing initiatives, focusing on email marketing, website maintenance, and copywriting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a passion for leveraging digital channels to drive engagement and conversions. Job responsibilities: Email Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling email content, including copywriting, subject lines, and visuals.
  • Segment email lists and analyse campaign performance to optimise engagement and deliverability.
Website Maintenance:
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it reflects current marketing strategies and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website changes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and SEO, implementing improvements as needed.
Copywriting:
  • Produce engaging and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including website pages, social media, ads, and blog posts.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and content strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts, including email open rates, click-through rates, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure seamless execution across various digital platforms.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing, website management, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
