Digital Marketing Executive - EQUIDRY & Drywalks



Based in House, Barnstaple North Devon | Full-Time

We're EQUIDRY and Drywalks - performance outerwear designed for life in the field, in the saddle, and on the go. With ambitious growth plans and a thriving community behind us, we're looking Digital Marketing Executive who knows how to turn clicks into conversions and strategy into results.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving high-quality traffic and leads while ensuring we stay one step ahead of the competition. If you live and breathe Meta, Google Ads, know your way around analytics dashboards, and love diving into data to make smart decisions, this is your kind of role.

What You'll Be Doing:



Paid Media & Campaign Management



Plan, develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and more

Own end-to-end campaign performance from keyword research and competitor analysis to daily bid adjustments, copy testing and landing page optimisation

Increase CTR, quality score, and conversion rates, while reducing CPC and wasted spend

Monitor and assist with budget management, account metrics, audience targeting, and ad delivery with a sharp commercial eye.

Communications & Content



Develop and implement strategic communication plans across digital channels

Craft and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, and product announcements

Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy tailored to multiple customer segments

Segment and personalise email lists to maximise engagement and conversion

Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to improve campaign performance

Maintain compliance with GDPR and industry best practices

Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality visual and written content

Optimisation & Reporting



Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance

Use tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to track KPIs and generate actionable insights

Create and deliver clear, concise performance reports with commentary and recommendations

Keep a close eye on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and competitor movements and use them to our advantage

Strategy & Innovation



Work alongside our team to deliver campaigns that support new product launches, promotions and events

Help build and refine our digital strategy from audience segmentation to conversion funnels and retargeting logic

Help craft compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives action always aligned with our tone of voice and brand values

Identify new opportunities for growth across channels, platforms, and audiences

What We're Looking For:



A digital performance marketer who thrives on data, KPIs, and continuous improvement Proven experience running ads within the direct-to-consumer space Healthy experience with Meta business suite, Ads manager and Google Ads Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards Highly analytical with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, targeting strategies, and optimisation techniques A solid understanding of CRM tools and strategies (Specifically Klaviyo) Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team Strong written and verbal communication skills as you'll be translating data into real-world decisions

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
