The Role

As our

Digital Marketing Executive

, you will be the creative engine behind how our brand is seen online and offline. This is a hands-on, content-led role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven industry and wants to build their career in a supportive, growing company. Based at our Cambridge office, you'll also regularly travel to our beautiful salon locations across the UK to capture, create and promote content that showcases the talent and creativity of our incredible hairdressing teams.

Please note that whilst this is a full time position, part time applicants would also be considered.

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and web. Regularly visit salons to capture high-quality photo and video content, showcasing stylist work, salon events, and behind-the-scenes. Confidently present and appear on camera to promote services, interview team members, and guide viewers through our brand story. Edit video content for reels, stories, YouTube and TikTok using tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut. Design eye-catching digital and print materials (e.g. social media assets, flyers, posters) using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Collaborate with the creative and leadership team to align content with brand voice and marketing strategy. Monitor analytics and provide regular performance insights with actionable recommendations. Stay ahead of digital trends, particularly in the beauty and fashion industries, to keep our content fresh and exciting.

What We're Looking For

A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to appear and speak naturally on camera. Strong creative flair and visual eye for design, branding and storytelling. Experience or strong interest in video filming, photography and editing or a keen willingness to learn. Competency in using social media platforms professionally (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
