Background

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Digital Marketing Executive to join the Business Development
& Marketing team at our headquarters in Cardiff.

The role sits withing the Marketing and
Communications function which covers PR and Communications,
Marketing, Digital and Events.

Reporting to and working closely with the
Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have sound
marketing and technical skills and be experienced in executing
and reporting on digital marketing campaigns and activity.

The role

As a Digital
Marketing Executive within Hugh James, you will be responsible
for:



Drafting and executing digital marketing
strategies. Deploying and monitoring paid social, paid search,
and AEO, GEO campaigns in line with the firm divisional business
plans.



Working with the Senior Campaign Manager
and Digital Marketing Manager to plan digital campaigns within
budget. Improving and enhancing digital campaigns to ensure
growth and increased ROI across all platforms.



Evaluating digital marketing and campaign
activity to determine impact and ROI across all social media
platforms, PPC, and Google Analytics. Reporting on performance
using Google Data Studio.



Supporting the PR and Comms team by
identifying and researching ideas for key content pieces,
including thought leadership, legal updates, blogs, insight, and
knowledge.



Updating and maintaining the WordPress
website. Ensuring external communications comply with the firm's
procedures including quality, risk, ISO, Lexcel, etc



Developing relationships with Partners,
Managers, and colleagues within Hugh James, to help deliver
integrated marketing plans that support business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in various digital marketing
tools and platforms, including: Canva, SEMrush, AHREFS,
WordPress, Zoho (or experience with other CRM systems) and a
passion for keeping up to date with digital trends and key
algorithm updates.
