Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: 27,000 - 30,000

We are now looking to bring a talented Marketing Executive onboard to support and drive our digital presence, brand visibility, and lead generation efforts.



This is a hands-on marketing role focused on delivering day-to-day marketing activity

across digital channels. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for

managing content, campaigns, SEO, and website updates while playing a key part in

increasing engagement, improving brand consistency, and generating new business

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms

? Manage website updates and optimise for SEO and UX (WordPress or similar CMS)

? Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand

awareness

? Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report

on key metrics

? Coordinate design and production of marketing materials

? Assist with CRM integration and email marketing campaigns

? Ensure consistent branding across all channels

? Support PR, award submissions, and occasional event coordination

Essential Requirements

? 2-3 years' experience in a broad marketing role (B2B or professional services

preferred)

? Strong working knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and website content

management

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision

? Proficient with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp or similar, Google Analytics,

Linkedin engagement

? Strong attention to detail and creative flair

Desirable (Tech-Focused) Skills

? Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot and AI tools)

? Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web troubleshooting

? Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

? Experience in video editing or animation tools (e.g Adobe Premiere, Canva video, or

similar)

? Knowledge of AI marketing tools or chat automation
