We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our small, passionate marketing team. You'll help drive awareness for Mendip Adventure and its growing family of brands which includes Mendip Activity Centre, Mendip Basecamp, SUP Bristol, YHA Cheddar, and more.

Your focus

Your main mission will be to manage and optimise our Facebook Ads, crafting smart, scroll-stopping campaigns that convert. You'll track and report on performance, tweak what's needed, and spot opportunities to grow our reach.

You'll also get involved in:

Creating engaging content for campaigns and promotions Updating websites and writing copy Managing digital listings (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.) Promoting events Supporting wider marketing tasks as needed
This is a brilliant opportunity to work across multiple platforms, channels, and brands--and help bring our story to life.

The role would suit someone who:

Has experience in a digital marketing role or a marketing qualification Loves working in a collaborative, flexible, and outdoorsy team Knows their way around Facebook Ads Manager (or who's prepared to master it. We'll provide training!) Is confident with copywriting, editing and publishing online content Wants a role that's creative, varied and full of learning opportunities
Bonus points if you've worked in travel, tourism, or outdoor education.
