Purpose of the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you'll support the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activity across web content, email and paid campaigns. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Brand Lead. From campaign rollouts to performance tracking, you'll help make sure our marketing is creative, consistent, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering digital campaigns across PPC, email, paid social, and content marketing.
Manage and update website pages and landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversion.
Create engaging, on-brand content for email, web and assist with social media.
Support the development and delivery of campaign assets across all channels.
Help shape and track campaign performance with clear reporting and data insight.
Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure marketing activity stays on track.
Stay on top of digital trends and tools to keep our approach fresh and effective.
Take the lead of the marketing budget, ensuring spend is efficient, justified, and aligned with commercial priorities.
Manage tools and email marketing platforms to deliver personalised, timely communications and customer journeys.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generating actionable insights to improve effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support sales enablement, partnership growth, and customer retention.
What's essential:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Mailchimp (or alternative email platform).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail.
Great time management and organisational skills.
A collaborative mindset, you're proactive and happy working across different teams.
Passion for building a brand with purpose, and a keen interest in lifestyle, tech, or digital-first products.
Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns and optimising audiences (e.g., Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on results, able to monitor performance, interpret data, and adjust activity to maximise ROI.
Bonus points for (but not essential):
Design skills in Figma or Canva.
An understanding or experience with SEO.
Professional certification in marketing or digital marketing (e.g. CIM, IDM, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy).
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation tools.
Experience in financial services, subscription products, or regulated industries.
Understanding of marketing compliance and FCA requirements.
