We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media management, Google Ads, and B2B marketing. The successful applicant will be highly organised, possess excellent time management skills, and have a passion for staying ahead of market trends.

Responsibilities



Create, edit, and publish

highly engaging Reels and short-form videos

across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok

Confidently appear on camera

as a brand representative in Reels and other video content Manage daily

social media operations

and post scheduling across key platforms

Stay up-to-date

with social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats Plan and maintain an

organized content calendar

, working ahead to ensure timely execution Collaborate closely with

designers, content creators, and marketing teams

to align on brand tone and campaign objectives Use analytics tools (e.g.,

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite

) to track content performance

Monitor and analyze

engagement, reach, and follower growth to evaluate campaign effectiveness Identify

trends and actionable insights

to improve content strategy and audience connection Prepare

weekly/monthly reports

on social media performance and recommend improvements Assist in refining

customer personas

to guide both organic and paid content strategies Provide feedback to internal teams on

brand sentiment, audience behavior

Requirements



2-3 years of experience in

social media management and content creation

Strong communication and

on-camera presence

for video content Hands-on experience with Reels, Shorts, and content tools like Canva, CapCut, etc. Proactive,

organized, and a team player

who thrives in a collaborative setting Strong understanding of digital trends and performance analytics

Pay: 12.21 per hour
