PPC (Approx. 60-70%)
Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Support paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok (depending on client needs).
Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, set up targeting, and optimise bids and budgets.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-led recommendations to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Assist in building client reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
SEO (Approx. 30-40%)
Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement basic technical recommendations (e.g. metadata, headings, internal linking).
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to support content strategy.
Collaborate with content and web teams to optimise blog content, landing pages, and site architecture.
Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and site health using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Keep up to date with algorithm changes and best practices.
Knowledge in the following areas is required:
1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency.
Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search and Display), Meta Ads Manager, and keyword research tools.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, and basic site health checks.
Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Analytical thinker with a natural curiosity for performance data and optimisation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills -- able to communicate results clearly to clients and internal teams.
Google Ads and/or SEO certifications are a plus, but not essential.
