Job Description

We have an opportunity for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Greenock.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent time management skills, creativity, and experience of our social media platforms Our ideal candidate must be a team player who is passionate about supporting our Marketing Manager in implementing our marketing and internal communications strategies. If you have the desired skills or an interest in campaign ideas, photography, or videography there is an opportunity for you to contribute to those areas with us.

What you will be doing:



Plan, execute, an optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including, digital, print and events.

Work closely with the wider Marketing Team including the Graphic Designer to support the creation of eye-catching visuals for all communications.

Craft and design campaigns that captivate our audience keeping them engaged.

Ensure all social media channels, emails, telephone calls and website forms are correctly branded and updated in accordance with team policies and timeframes.

Suggest process improvements to the Marketing Manager to increase efficiency and accuracy within the team.

Create marketing materials, both digital and print, for distribution working with external suppliers for best price for the best quality.

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase web traffic, audience engagement, and online sales

Plan, manage, and optimise SEO, SEM, social media, and PPC campaigns

Create engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms

Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite and Semrush to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement

What do you need to bring with you:



Proven experience in marketing and digital campaigns

Keen to learn new skills and stay up to date with design and marketing trends

Photography/video skills would be advantage

A pro-active problem-solver

Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to learn new systems / processes / procedures

Team player with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude

A minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
