We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on B2B marketing. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing campaigns, enhancing our clients online presence, and driving engagement through effective communication and analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website. Oversee project management for various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives. Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels. Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic design needs related to marketing materials. Execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and conversion rates. Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging posts that resonate with our target audience. Prepare reports using Canva to present findings and recommendations to clients and shareholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications



3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution. Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools for optimising online content. 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva. Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication. Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyse data critically and make informed decisions based on insights gained from various metrics. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing for effective collaboration across teams. A solid understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices. Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
