Role & Purpose





The role of Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving Snows' online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement through digital channels for a subset of our brands.

Responsibilities





Digital




Maintain and update the group website, ensuring that it reflects accurate information including offers and promotions. Collaborate with Group Digital Agency to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Implement effective SEO strategies to improve the dealership's organic search visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research, monitor keyword performance, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimisation. Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. Develop engaging and creative content, including text, images, tailored to group offerings. Where applicable, audit and update OEM Dealer Sites with up-to-date team member photos, opening hours, correct telephone numbers and offers. Utilise tools such as, GA4, social media insights, SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity and CRM systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports. Interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve overall website health and usability.





Social Media




Monitor social media trends, Monitor and respond to all social and Google My Business interactions e.g., reviews/questions and notify the Dealership where applicable. Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, to drive targeted traffic and leads. Analyse campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimise ad placements to maximise ROI. Download and distribute any leads received from the aforementioned paid campaigns, ensuring GDPR guidelines are followed.





General Marketing




Work closely with the wider Marketing Team to contribute ideas to support wider marketing campaigns. Provide support when required for Sales and Marketing events. Adhere to and work within GDPR at all times and comply with all Snows policies and procedures Artwork creation for both online and offline marketing requirements Any tasks that are reasonable and required for business needs



Skills & Competencies





Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines. Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with content optimisation Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses. Strong work ethic and adaptable to change. Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work. Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs. Able to react positively to organisational and market changes.



Essential & Desirable Skills & Qualifications








Essential:




Fluent written and spoken English PC, Microsoft, web literate Full, clean driving licence Previous digital marketing experience Website management and SEO improvements

Desirable:




Proven track record of individual excellence Experience using tools such as SEMRush, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Photoshop

Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30


Salary 26-27k (dependant on experience)


Hedge End based (local free parking nearby)
