Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Partnerships Executive to lead our online presence, create engaging content, support brand growth, and manage content across multiple platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for managing content execution, and community engagement, while also supporting the Managing Director with broader marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will commence the role in January 2026.

Duties



Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Liaise with an external marketing agency to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality output. Write, design, and distribute monthly newsletters via Mailchimp. Create and manage automations (e.g. proformas, quotes) to improve efficiency. Work with brand ambassadors, ensuring content delivery, communication, and contracts are managed effectively. Update and maintain website content. Produce compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms. Monitor performance metrics and report insights to optimise campaigns. Support the Managing Director with general administration tasks when required. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) consistently.

Experience

& Skills


The successful candidate will have experience in:

Social Media Content Creation



Proficiency in creating engaging, on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook, etc. Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and different platform algorithms

Community Engagement



Ability to spark conversations online and respond quickly and warmly to comments and direct messages. Experience in/ability to manage online communities and grow brand engagement through strategic interaction.

Marketing Coordination & Support



Experience supporting campaigns, events, and content calendars. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle logistics and admin efficiently. Familiar with using basic marketing tools.

Creative Thinking & Initiative



Brings fresh ideas to the table and is excited to try new content or engagement strategies. An eye for detail and brand story telling. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements



Minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing, communications, or social media roles (including internships). Graduates would be considered for the role. This would be a great opportunity for you to work alongside our partner digital marketing agency and who are a highly experienced team of specialists. Demonstrated examples of growing social media engagement or launching content initiatives. If possible, a portfolio or social media accounts they've managed (personal or professional).
