About the role:



Delivering digital marketing activities that align with the wider business strategy. Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Leading on community management, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages. Analysing campaign data, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy. Creating and sending engaging email newsletters, ensuring GDPR compliance across our databases. Writing and publishing news articles and content series for the website and social media. Supporting the planning and execution of digital campaigns throughout the year, reviewing performance data to inform future campaigns. Sharing ideas for expanding our digital presence and identifying new marketing opportunities. Contributing to team projects and providing support as needed across the department.

What experience do you need to have:



Essential:



Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a team. Be confident managing social media channels, understanding analytics, and exploring paid social opportunities. Have experience planning, creating, and posting digital content across multiple platforms. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an eye for detail. Maintain a positive, collaborative mindset, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge to support the wider team.

Desirable:



Be familiar with email marketing tools (such as MailChimp) and GDPR compliance principles. Have a working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads, and an awareness of how these support digital campaigns. Be comfortable updating website content such as blogs and news stories. Have experience working in B2B marketing Have an understanding of buyer cycles and the importance of tailoring messaging to business audiences. Understand the ethical and real-world impact of AI within the marketing and business landscape
