LWM is delighted to partner with a global manufacturer, based In Staffordshire to appoint their next Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the company's digital marketing strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll work across all major digital channels and tools to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone self-sufficient and confident in managing end-to-end campaigns and improving digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management. Copywriting. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management. Social Media Marketing. Email Marketing. Analytics & Reporting. CRM Management. Brand Management. Competitor Analysis. Marketing Strategy Development.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

High levels of IT literacy. Be highly motivated and is a confident self-starter. Demonstrate a high level of operational, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with managers and employees at all levels. Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role. A proactive, data-led mindset and passion for continuous improvement. Experience in manufacturing, tech, or industrial sectors (desirable but not essential)
