Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting:

Senior Digital Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing & Client Experience (MAPD)

Office Location:

Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool (Hybrid - includes travel to other NW offices and home working)

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the creation and delivery of digital content across MAPD Group brands. This includes managing websites, social media, and digital campaigns to engage audiences and drive quality enquiries. The role supports the group's communication strategies:

You'll work closely with marketing, legal teams, and external agencies, using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Matomo to track performance and optimise content.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube). Support email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences. Create SEO-optimised website content and engaging video/animation. Monitor and report on digital performance and competitor activity. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Use tools like Canva and Adobe Suite for visual content creation. Support internal communications and training via MAPD Academy. Assist with events, PR, and sponsorship activities.

Person Specification:

Strong time management, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills. SEO content writing and CMS experience (essential). Social media and PR knowledge (desirable). Confident communicator with creative flair and attention to detail. Commercially aware, proactive, and a positive role model.
