We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Digital Engagement team at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSH Charity) on a permanent full-time contract.

Salary



The salary for this position is 32,271.00.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities


Work on and support with digital media activity (hands-on activation) across a wide range of fundraising campaigns, including mostly paid social campaigns but potentially PPC as well. Analyse and review campaign performance on a regular basis providing succinct and accurate commentary/insights which will be used to drive future campaign optimisations. Support meeting organisation, including setting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking actions. Maintain campaign documentation including award entries, briefs, media plans, contracts, budget trackers, and evaluation reports. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


An understanding of digital marketing and its channels (paid media, SEO and email) Campaign execution experience on digital platforms such as social media or PPC platforms (e.g. Meta) Analytically minded individual with a flair or desire for problem solving Proactive and enthusiastic about digital marketing and fundraising Good organisational skills, able to manage time and juggle tasks effectively

You will be part of the Digital Engagement team, working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that supports innovation, shared learning and inclusive values. The team's work drives online supporter interaction through digital marketing campaigns, while strategically advancing and innovating the charity's digital marketing platforms and capabilities.
