Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-office team. The successful candidate will drive the digital marketing activities across multiple e-commerce brands and websites, covering the vape, CBD, and health supplement markets. This role is ideally suited to someone with demonstrable experience marketing physical products via e-commerce channels and a passion for digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our e-commerce brands, VAPOHOLIC.CO.UK and FITIMINS.COM
Increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic and sales through various online channels.
Website & Product Listing Management:
Create and update compelling, SEO-optimised product listings on Magento and WooCommerce platforms
Write accurate, persuasive product descriptions and rich content to enhance products' online visibility.
Content Development:
Produce engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor sales and performance across product categories using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other digital reporting tools
Analyse key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, sales trends) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Social Media Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts (content creation, community engagement, scheduling, reporting)
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Affiliate Relationship Management:
Oversee and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to grow channel performance and ROI.
Cross-team Collaboration:
Work closely with production, product development, and customer service teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and improve customer experience
Market and Competitor Research:
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new digital marketing techniques, regularly sharing insights with the team
Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and enquiries across digital channels to foster loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, A/B testing, and innovation within campaign execution and website management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a digital marketing executive or similar e-commerce role, ideally within physical product categories.
Demonstrable expertise in website management (Magento, WooCommerce), SEO, content creation, and social media marketing.
Proficient in the use of Google Analytics (including GA4) and other relevant digital marketing reporting tools.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience managing affiliate partnerships (preferred).
Collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute ideas and drive projects to completion.

30,000.00-38,000.00 per year.
