Summary:



The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on CRM and CMS management, data integrity, and performance analysis. Working across systems such as Reapit, WordPress, and Advisor365, the role involves ensuring data accuracy, segmenting customer information, and maintaining GDPR compliance.

This position is responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletter templates, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics. The successful candidate will proactively analyse data from CRM and web platforms to generate insightful reports that support lead generation and campaign optimisation.

The role also includes ownership of the company's website, ensuring it is up to date and technically maintained, including basic coding where required. Supporting the wider business with CRM/CMS use, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with third-party providers is essential.

Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on digital performance metrics (SEO, web traffic, heatmaps, etc.), managing paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI, and supporting the development of key platforms like Google Business Profiles, the internal SharePoint hub, and the MY BH platform for data capture and remarketing opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Marketing Support:

Support with the execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Analysing the CRM and CMS systems (Reapit, Wordpress and Advisor365 to ensure customer data is accurate, correctly segmented, inputted and managed; cleansing and de-duping data where necessary. Adhering to GDPR regulations. Creation of newsletter templates. Long-form content will be provided. Manage the delivery of email campaigns by scheduling and tracking performance metrics. Proactively generate reports to analyse the CRM and Website data and monitor insights regarding interaction and lead generation. Create and manage automated workflows within the CRM and CMS systems. Take ownership of the Bradley Hall website via WordPress to ensure it is regularly updated. Make technical tweaks including basic coding and development. Provide support to the wider business in regard to CMS and CRM system use, including issues around human error, API snags and technical errors. Regularly monitor website traffic, heat mapping, SEO analytics, lead generation, Tag Manager, Search Console, Hot Jar, Stripe etc. Align with marketing campaigns to analyse performance. Be responsible for bringing any issues to light to the marketing director. Google Business Profiles - ensuring these are optimised and updated regularly. Updating the 'Bradley Hall Hub' central Sharepoint area with internal communications Paid social media: Lead generation and enquiries with a significant ROI. MY BH: Developing and leveraging this website platform for data capture and remarketing opportunities.

Experience required:



2-4 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-channel environment. Proven experience executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (email, social media, website, etc.). Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., Reapit, Advisor365 or similar) for data segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign delivery. Proficiency with CMS platforms, especially WordPress - including page updates, content management, and basic HTML/CSS for minor technical edits. Demonstrated ability to manage email marketing campaigns - including list management, template creation, and performance tracking. Experience with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Hotjar, or similar. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to content optimisation and website performance. Familiarity with data cleansing, GDPR compliance, and best practices in managing customer data. Experience generating and interpreting performance reports to provide insights and inform marketing strategy. Proven track record managing paid social media campaigns, particularly for lead generation and ROI measurement. Comfortable working with third-party providers, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating on platform improvements. Experience using tools like SharePoint for internal communication updates is a plus.
